ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS for Advance HSE:

​

  • Students may NOT be enrolled in any other publicly funded program (Homeschool Enrichment or K-12 Public School).

​

  • However, students may participate in after-school sports programs (track, volleyball, soccer, football, etc.) at their local middle or high school as long as those activities are NOT part of regularly scheduled classes (such as choir, drama, band, speech & debate).

  • Students must attend a minimum of 90 hours of direct instruction from Advance HSE each semester with a 95% attendance rate.

​​

  • Students must be enrolled and in attendance 5 days prior to Oct. 1st.

​

  • A student must be at least five years of age by October 1st.

 

ENROLLMENT DETAILS:​

  • The Fremont Advance HSE Program is a publicly funded program and is therefore open to all students.

 

  • Children must be accepted to the Fremont Advance HSE program through a formal admissions process. Both parental involvement and student cooperation are essential for Advance HSE to fulfill its mission.

  • All students will be enrolled according to the name and legal gender on their birth certificate.

​​

  • Parents must provide Advance HSE with a completed application form for each child applying for admissions, including academic records, health forms, or previous tests/screeners.​

​​

  • Students will provide Advance HSE with either immunization records or a health/religious immunization exemption form prior to enrollment.

 

  • Students must provide documentation of the previous grade level they were successfully able to complete in academic classes. Advance HSE reserves the right to administer grade-level placement testing for students applying to transfer into Advance HSE from another educational program.

  • Enrollment will be closed when maximum capacity is reached or by September 20th. Any late applicants will be placed on a waitlist and might have an opportunity to enroll in the event of a vacancy.
